About
Australian Monique Robson, spent 13 years immersed in the exotic and sophisticated environment of Dubai before moving to Bali where her obsession of iconic design elements of Morocco and healthy Middle Eastern inspired food was poured into the opening of Cous Cous cafe. Mosaic tiled walls and floors, wooden latticework, open-air courtyards, rich fabrics and distinctive ceilings can be seen throughout the cafΓ© which offers a Moroccan inspired menu of vegetarian dishes, super healthy libations, sweet treats and fantastic βDimattinaβ coffee. Cous Cous offers a spacious open air terrace with chunky communal tables, as well as individual seating for that solo time or private lunch meet. The air-conditioned interior space is distinguished by a custom painted enamel mandala on the polished floors, mirrored ceilings and a hand painted mosaic tile wall. Simple granite top tables and a corner lounge await those choosing a chilled and relaxed dining experience.
